Double chamber vacuum packaging sealers are typically used for medium volume packaging, and also have the capability to vacuum seal liquids.
How to Operate a Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Sealer?
Placed the products bags within the chamber and the pouches sealing are right on the seal bar, once the lid is closed, air is started to be evacuated.
Then THE seal bar inside the chamber seals the product in the bag.
After sealing, the chamber is refilled with air by the automatic opening of a vent to the outside. The lid is then opened and the product removed.
The lid swings from one side to another increasing production speed.
