The two retorts in parallel hot water immersion sterilizer alternately complete the sterilization process. It shares the sterilization hot water, water, and compressed air supplying.

PLC controls the entire sterilization process. Screen touch control and digital display of pressure and temperature, all sterilization periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can be switched from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process.

Each sterilizer retort can be equipped with an F-value measuring instrument. All sterilization data, including sterilization data, F value, time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve, etc., can be saved or printed after being processed by data processing software.
