It is hot air drying oven or chamber which is operated with four trolleys instead of mesh. Either electric or steam heating is available for option.

In the right side of circulation duct, heating exchanger and fan are equipped. Hot air is blowing to the fruits and goes through circulation duct on the left side and re-cycling by fans.
Some high humidity the air is exhausted while most hot air is mixed with fresh air to make recycling. Due to temperature control system, drying process is of automatic operation.
It is suitable for vegetable dehydration, preserver fruits drying, Chinese herbal medicine, and powder drying process.
