As a traditional Jacketed Kettle, using heat transfer oil as a heating medium for this gas tilting kettle can get a rapid temperature rise in case of steam and electric heating is not economic, also the jacket provides more even heating to the contents of the kettle.
Amount of heat transfer oil is typically filled for 80% interlayer volume.
Same to Steam jacketed kettles, tilting and vertical stationary (fix) gas jacketed kettle are designed in order to meet different process.
