Freezing temperature @-30℃ to -40℃

Convective velocity @ 1.5 -3 m/s

Representative freezer is tunnel air-blast freezer,  Spiral freezers and Quick freeze cabinet or Instant freezer .

Rapid freezers

Freezing speed @50-100 mm/h,

High air flow velocities@ 2-5 m/s
